This scammer can’t decide whether I’ve won 552 dollars or 552 thousand dollars. It doesn’t matter – it’s all a scam. There was no draw. Freelotto does exist – it’s a reputable site that you have to join to play. This email is just a scam – the scammer wants to take money from you by charging you fees.
