“Bill Wardarms” writes from China (according to the website ip2location) to tell me he “deemed it necessary to inform” me that I’ve won a fake lottery.
The only reason why he “deemed it necessary” is because “Bill Wardarms” is a lazy toad who can’t be bothered to get of his backside and earn an honest living. He has decided to try scamming instead.
Ignore him. If you make the mistake of replying, he will just start asking you for money.
