I am not this scammer’s “Dear” and he clearly doesn’t have the brains to make up a story for his scam. In short “Mr Jiang Jianmin” is going to have a very short career as a scammer – I would suggest he finds himself a proper job.
Just ignore this incompetent scammer. If you make the mistake of replying, you will quickly realise that the only business proposal he has in mind, is one that involves taking your hard earned cash.
