NEVER click on a link in a PayPal or bank email. If you think there might be a problem with your PayPal account, enter the address of the PayPal website directly into your browser. If you point your mouse at the link in this email, the address displayed at the bottom of your screen is NOT the address of the paypal website.
If you think you might have accidentally given your paypal account details to a scammer you should a) tell Paypal immediately and b) change your account password.
