Unless you are expecting $4.5m dollars from a contract, you should realise this is a scam. If “Dr. Juliet Robert” really worked for Nat West in London, you would expect that she would be able to write in real English. This is just a scam, written by someone who doesn’t speak English very well. Delete the email and don’t reply.
