PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE USING THIS BLOG.
ALL the lotteries, draws, compensation schemes, inheritances, payment agent or mystery shopper jobs and business proposals offering huge sums of money are SCAMS. You CAN'T WIN a lottery or prize draw you HAVEN'T ENTERED.
Please don't post comments asking if the SCAMS you have received are real.
PLEASE DON'T LEAVE YOUR PERSONAL DETAILS IN A COMMENT ASKING SCAMMERS TO CONTACT YOU (yes, people really do this regularly!)
Oh look – the unforgettable “Caravan Marvis” has appeared again. When he wrote to me in March (see here) the MD of the HSBC BANK UK was apparently called “Mrs Joan Coal” and her email address was a Hong Kong based Yahoo mail address. Now the HSBC is apparently headed by a lady called “Mrs Roseline Wood” who is using a “luckymail” email address. Oh yes, and I’m the world’s next super model [Continue reading SCAM VICTIMS 2010]
What a load of illiterate, meaningless rubbish. This scammer can’t decide if he’s in Nigeria or Benin – he sounds confused. Which is what you’ll be if you try to make sense of this scam.
Just ignore it. You know perfectly well you aren’t expecting $10.5m. If you make the mistake of replying you just find a scammer asking you for money.
ATTENTION: We have sent your payment of ($10.5Million) Ten Million [Continue reading ATTENTION]
This scammer claims to be the UN Secretary General (yeah, right, pull the other leg). This venerable gentleman has apparently decided to send me a random email and start it with polite enquiries into the health of myself and my family. He then goes on to tell me he will send me $850k. And finishes his scam by telling me his “Making the world a better place.”
The only bit of the world that [Continue reading Un Secretary General]
Why do scammers seem to think that awarding themselves an imaginary title is a good way to go? Who really believes that anyone called Rev Something would work for the UN. A real Rev would be in church, taking sermons, conducting marriages, funerals and christenings and attending to their ministry duties – they wouldn’t be sending out emails telling you that the UN has decided to send you $1.6m – in a synthetic nylon [Continue reading Hello]
This scammer is certainly inventive when it comes to names. He’s also not shy about telling you how much money he is going to take from you – $220. If you make the mistake of replying, you will find that the demand for $220 is just the start of a series of demands for money.
Just ignore this scammer.

I am a US citizen, [Continue reading Good News]
If this email really did come from FedEx (which it doesn’t), then it would be none of their business to know what was inside my parcel. And if the United Nations really did ow me $890k, do you think they’d send me a cheque – by courier? Of course they wouldn’t. I can think of no reason why the UN would owe me, or you , or anyone money. If they did, they would [Continue reading Alert Delivery Update]
You aren’t expecting a payment from “Mr Williams” and neither am I. All this scammer wants to do is start stealing your money. If you make the mistake of replying you will yourself being asked to send money. Just ignore this scammer.

Clearly this scammer had a lot of times on his/her hands. I couldn’t be bothered to read all of this scam email. But I’m sure you know that no-one is going to send you a bank card which allows you to draw $5k a day for no good reason. I’m sure you aren’t really expecting $11m.
If you make the mistake of replying to this email you will find a [Continue reading SOUTH AFRICAN ATM SWIFT CARD CENTER]
This scammer seems to think that Nigeria should be “removed from the World’s scam list as one of the world’s hottest scam region”. He seems to think that the way to do this is by sending me a scam email offering me compensation.
Do you want to guess where this email was sent from? Go on, have a go? I bet you didn’t get it. I bet you said “Nigeria”. Wrong – this email [Continue reading Good Day]
A reader in the USA forwarded me this scam. She commented that “Luckily” she has a sense of humour. As, apparently, did Mr/Ms Nelson’s parents when they named their infant prodigy.
James William isn’t in Japan and he has no intention of sending you money. He wants you to send him money – he’s a thief who wants to steal your hard earned cash.
Dear beloved friend, I am glad to inform [Continue reading Contact My Secretary Mr. Luckily Nelson]
