No doubt in my mind that there is no “1,000,000.00 pounds that the UK is willing to just give away! And while I’m not “English”, I doubt our “Mr. Wayne Bennett” is either, with all this Pidgin English—“Congratulation”, “contant”, etc. Just delete it because it’s spam!
