“Sandra Anderson” might be female, but she aint no lady.  She’s a scammer.  One who tells me the old, old story about being a widow, dying and being rich.  Oh, and for some reason she seems to think she lives on a market stall in Manchester.  Most strange.

She’s a scammer.  She isn’t any of the things she claims, and she certainly doesn’t live in the UK.  She wants to take your money by charging you fees.  Ignore her.
