Facebook Password Reset Confirmation! Your Support

This sneaky email came with an attachment.  I didn’t open it and neither should you.  Why would Facebook need to send an attachment just for a new password?  They wouldn’t – I’m fairly sure that attachment contains a Trojan or something else nasty that you don’t want on your computer.

Facebook will NEVER email you a new password UNLESS you click on the link in Facebook because you have forgotten your password.

If you accidentally open that attachment and install something nasty – download and scan your computer with Malwarebytes.

Dear user of facebook,

Because of the measures taken to provide safety to our clients, your password has been changed.
You can find your new password in attached document.

Thanks,
Your Facebook.
