Halifax Online Banking – IMPORTANT MESSAGE

A variation on the bank scam theme here.  This scammer is pretending that you have phoned your bank.  The scammer hopes you will panic into clicking the link.  The link takes you to mail.ime.co.th/……..  The scammer has hacked into a legitimate site to upload their scam.

NEVER click on a link in a bank email. ALWAYS enter the address of your bank website directly into your browser. If you think you might have accidentally given your bank details to a scammer, contact your bank immediately.
