“Nate Anderson” asks me if I’d like $1.7m to pay off my debts.  How kind of him.  Why on earth would the United Nations send me that kind of money, completely out of the blue for no good reason?  They wouldn’t.  And they aren’t going to send it to you either.  This is a scammer who doesn’t want to send you anything, but wants to steal your money by charging you fees.  Just delete the email and don’t reply.
