Private Mail 2

How unusual, a random company has chosen me – randomly – to receive $15.1m.  Does this sound likely?  Err, no, not really.  You know the old saying – if it sounds too good to be true it probably is.  This doesn’t even sound too good to be true, it just sounds ridiculous.

Ridiculous is exactly what it is.  The scammer doesn’t want to give you money s/he wants to take it from you as advance fees for the (non existant) ATM card.

Just delete the email and don’t reply.

Same here. Although it is usually obvious that they are scams, I always Google these dodgy email “sources” to see what other people have to say about them.

I suppose that there are people out there who are unaware and/or greedy/desperate enough to respond to these scam emails, which keeps these people “in business”, on the basis of: ‘there’s always another idiot down the road’.
