This bit of amateur rubbish looks like something a student on one of my beginners courses would produce as an exercise. (No disrespect meant to my students – just to this scammer).  It used WordArt, numbered paragraphs, bold, italic & underline.  Yes – everything I teach my students before asking them to design a poster.

As I’ve said many times before – no organisation anywhere ever holds random email draws.  It doesn’t happen.  Ever.

Just ignore this scammer.
