“Dr Wang” doesn’t want a part time employee – he’s looking for a “sucker” to take money from. You can see how these scam job offers work by reading the “scam victims” section of this site. In a nutshell – the scammer pays some money into your account. You forward most of it to someone else. The original payment is withdrawn from you account, leaving you out of pocket.
I checked the origin of this email – “Dr Wang” writes to me from Nigeria.
If you need part-time work, check out your local supermarket or factory.
