National Westminster Bank has been receiving complaints from our customers

Now it’s the NatWest who are receiving complaints – about unauthorised use of accounts.  All you have to do is click on the link, go to the scammers’ website, fill in your details and they too can make unauthorised use of your account.

NEVER click on the link in an email from a bank – even if it claims to come from your own bank.  If you are in any doubt, phone your bank to check if the email is legitimate.  If you want to check your account, type the address of your bank directly into your web browser.

National Westminster Bank has been receiving complaints from our customers for unauthorised use of the Natwest Online accounts. As a result we periodically review Natwest Online Accounts and temporarily restrict access of those accounts which we think are vulnerable to the unauthorised use.
