Oh look – the “Help 4 the helpless Foundation http://www.keepsafeonthenet.co.uk/2009/11/21/chrismax-grant-donation/ has moved from London (UK) to Abuja (Nigeria).  It still, allegedly, has $20m spare cash to send to random people, rather than spending in on the “helpless”.
