Muth Morris – Romance Scammer

Muth Morris is a Lieutenant Colonel in the US army servicing in Afghanistan. Sounds familiar? He’s due to retire and he just needs those retirement papers. You know the ones – the ones he’s going to ask you to pay for.

This scammer was almost more fun after the scam ended. I used two alter egos to talk to him at the same time. Both then stopped talking to him, so he called both on Hangouts. One call lasted over an hour, but I played him some truly awful music from YouTube before he got the point and hung up. So I can’t link to that conversation as the music will be subject to copyright.

The second call lasted half an hour. I did try playing him a little bit of Shakespeare, but that didn’t seem to phase him. You can listen to that call here.
