I just received a similar email from support@payphone.co.uk to the one above as follows:

I reported it as phishing scam and blocked the address.

Two of our office staff had similar emails today

Description: St Barnabas Street
with an attached Zip file. Been scammed before so didn’t open the files and then searched and found this post. Uncanny though as we are based in the North West and i have just got back to the office after being in London 5mins away from where this alleged parking receipt was for.
