Why Do People Fall For Romance Scammers? Why Are Some People Repeatedly Scammed?

Apologies for the beginning of the video. We had sound issues, most of which I think I’ve managed to cut.

Why do so many people get taken in by romance scammers? What is the psychology that affects their behaviour? Why do some people allow themselves to be scammed repeatedly?

These questions are often asked in the comments on this channel. Chloe (aka Perfume Addict) has come to explain what is happening. She works in domestic violence and cohesive control support and has personal experience of both.

Chloe will come back and make further videos on specific subjects related to romance scam victims.
