Abbey National Online Banking NotificationAbbey National Online Banking Notification
I hope you know that you should NEVER click on a link in a bank email – even if it does appear to come from your own bank. If you point your mouse at the web link in this email and look at the address displayed at the bottom of your screen you will see that it isn’t the address of the Abbey bank. It is a scam website. The scammer is hoping you will give hime/her all your bank details.
Delete the email and don’t click on the links.
Dear Abbey National Bank member,
We recently have determined that different computers have logged to your Abbey Online Banking Account, and multiple password failures were present before the logons.
Now you need to re-confirm your account information for your Online Security
If this is not completed by July 20, 2009, we will be forced to suspend your account permanently, as it may have been used for fraudulent purposes.
Thank you for your cooperation in this problem.
