If you actually follow the link to the UN website given by this scammer it takes you to a page that tells you the compensation fund’s ” mandate is to process claims and pay compensation for losses and damage suffered as a direct result of Iraq’s unlawful invasion and occupation ofKuwait. ” It has nothing to do with lottery organisations or anything else. It also ceased to exist in 2007.
You know as well as I do that you don’t have an unpaid contract or inheritance being dealt with by the “Union Bank”.
This scammer is after your money and will happily take as much as you are willing to send him. Ignore him.

Wow. I’m an intelligent woman but unfortunately have been a victim of fraud. Met a guy named Donal Walter. A geological engineer, late wife died of breast cancer ten years ago. Both his parents had passed away. He was Swedish born,moved to LA, then decided to move to Manchester UK.
We struck up communication and had things in common. He came across very endearing, showed me video of him playing golf on what he called his Christmas as he spends so much time working 24/7. Soon started sending poetry which won me over. Then he said he had a job Oman oil rig in Spain, something he couldn’t fix kver here and the Co.pany had contracted him. Didn’t want to leave me but wouldn’t be too long a job. When he got to the so called rig. Managed to contact me every evening and every morning g even heard what sounded like metal in the background. What he said was the drilling pipes. I bloody believed him cause this was all new to me. Then he claimed to have had trouble with his account and couldn’t access funds for a new air regulator. You see he would deep dive to maintain parts of the rig even sent me footage kf him under water. It goes on to an explosion, him being held in custody and then a lawyer comes knto the fold. All this is in Spain after much research he is no where to be found, not on any search e fines. No report of rig accidents. The barrister was a so in on it. As I said I thought I was an intelligent woman but they had me, really pulled one over on me. Cannot believe what lengths they went to. It’s incredible.
