Are you alive or dead?

My avid reader sent me this email, with the title “are you alive or dead?”.  I thought she meant me for a minute or two – I’ve been away for a few days, posting from a family member’s computer.  Then I realised it was the title of the scam email I was being forwarded.

It’s a short missive.  The email address is almost as long as the message.  It’s still a scam, of course.  You aren’t going to be paid 10.5m anything.  Just delete the email and don’t reply.  Mrs Waziri just wants to take money from you by way of advance fees.
