I think he is now runnig a scam using HSBC bank/united nations he wants $960 to send you $5600000 it looks genuine enough but don’t fall for it even shows his fake passport

And I understand now that students in Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Africa, and India are posing as Lottery Scammers. Look at the e-mail address this one came from……and the address to respond is a yahoo.com address but yahoo says they cant do anything because the address it came from was from an out of the country university.
