I think “Miss Vivian Hansen Bello” is a little confused, poor dear.  She writes from the UK, asks me to reply to a French email address and tells me she is in the Ivory “Cost”.

Confused she might be – but she’s also a liar.  She isn’t any of the things she claims, and she certainly doesn’t have $6m – if she did, do you really think she would need to write to you, or me?

She’s just a scammer – who wants to take your money by charging you fees.  Ignore her.
