New Security Review

My access to my Abbey internet bank has been “temporarily disabled”. How sad. Just as well then that I don’t have an account with the Abbey.

It is trued that some internet banks lock your account if you make a repeated error when trying to log in. If you do, they won’t send you an email – you will have to phone them. NEVER click on a link in a bank email, even if it does seem to come from your bank. Always enter the address of your bank directly into your browser. If you are in any doubt, phone your bank for clarification (not using a number from an email, but the genuine number from bank correspondence.)

Just delete this email and don’t click on any links.
