The ridiculous poorly produced Word document that this scammer produced reminds me of the days when I used to run computer classes for Adults.  I could have taught him to produce a more convincing layout with better use of graphics in one lesson.

What this scammer needs is a lesson in honesty, decency and actually getting a job.
