I am ANDREW ALI, the National Co-ordinator and the Director Debt Reconciliation Committee of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC). We have in our care the documents of $35.5M USD, which the former Director and Financial Controller of the NNPC had approved to be paid into the account of a private company in Lebanon as recommended by his wife who was also a Lebanese, before his death.

Clearly, I am saying that the former Director and Financial Controller here at the NNPC who is now late had diverted the sum of USD35.5M to the account of a private company brought by his Lebanese wife. Interestingly, we have seen the present situation as an opportunity of a life time and have decided to make an alternative arrangement towards the diversion of the fund for ourselves.

Of note is the fact that the first phase of the payment was made in January 2009 and having received approval for the final phase of 2007/2008 payments, we need your kind assistance by providing either your company or personal bank account where this money will be transferred to.
