Fw: United Nations Conference Invitation

A reader forwarded me this with the comment that “Okay, I’m guessin’, but this just can’t be for real!!!

How right she is.  The scammer claims that a “prestigious” global summit is taking place in a week’s time at the Royal Park Hotel – which will provide all the accommodation.  Yeah, right.  The Royal Park Hotel has 48 bedrooms and, at the time of writing this, has rooms available for those nights. If you don’t believe me, look them up.

This scammer isn’t interested in your learned papers – they just want to take money from you. I’m guessing they will start asking you for money for fees, fares, etc.

Ignore them.
