Sir,
REQUEST FOR URGENT BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP
First, I must request your strictest confidentiality
in this transaction. This is by virtue of it’s nature
as being utterly confidential. You were recommended by
an associate of the principal partner, who assured me
in confidence of your ability and capacity to
prosecute a transaction of great magnitude.
We are top officials of the Federal Government of
Nigeria Contracts Review Panel who are interested in
the importation of goods into our country with funds
that are presently trapped in Nigeria. In order to
commence this business, we solicit your assistance to
enable us transfer into your account
thesaid-trappedfunds.
The source of this funds is as follows: during the
immediate past military regime here in Nigeria,
military government officials set up companies and
awarded themselves contracts which were grossly over
invoiced in various ministries. The present civilian
government has set up this panel to look into
contracts awarded to contractors, for which payment
has not been made. In the course of doing this, we
have identified many inflated funds that are presently
floating in the Central Bank of Nigeria ready for
payment. However, by virtue of our position as civil
servants and members of this panel, we cannot acquire
this money in our names. I have therefore been
delegated as a matter of trust by my colleagues of the
panel to look for an overseas partner into whose
account we could transfer the sum of US $21,320,000.00
(Twenty One Million, Three Hundred and Twenty Thousand
U.S. Dollars). We have a complete understanding of
the workings of this form of endeavour and as civil
servants, we shall need some financial assistance in
completing the project where you decide to assist us,
as expenses from both ends would have to beshared
amongst us.
We have agreed to share the money thus:35% for
theaccount owner (You)
65% for us (The Officials)As a token of ourgratitude,
as soon as you
confirm
the arrival of the funds in your Account, we shall
arrange for you the equivalent of 500,000 barrels of
Automobile Gasoline Oil (AGO), for spotlifting at less
than market price. This is an option we would offer
as a gesture of appreciation at the completion of the
transaction, which of course you would be
undernocompulsion to
exercise.
We wish to commence the importation business from our
65% share of the proceeds from the project. Please,
note that this transaction is 100% safe, and we intend
to effect the transfer within 10 banking days from the
date of receipt of the following information via
e-mail: danielpeters95@gmail.com
; your banker’s name,
company name and address, account number and fax
number. The above information will enable us write
letters of claim and job description respectively,
using your company’s name to apply for the payment and
re-award the contract to your company. We are looking
forward to doing this business with you and solicit
your confidentiality in this transaction. But where
you decline assisting us, it would be imperative for
you to inform us accordingly in order for us to make
analternative
arrangement.
Please acknowledge the receipt of this letter using
the above e-mail address. I will bring you into the
complete picture of this pending project when I have
heard from you, via my e-mail: danielpeters95@gmail.com
Yours faithfully,
Daniel Peters Engr
